WATCH: Fergie joins ‘are you watching Liverpool?’ chants

As Manchester United parade through the city in an open-topped bus, the Old Trafford boss leaves his guard down.

MANCHESTER UNITED ARE today parading their Premier League title through the streets of the city this afternoon.

Though thoroughly outclassed by Barcelona at Wembley in the Champions League final on Saturday night, the Old Trafford outfit can be satisfied in achieving their manager’s stated goal of ‘knocking Liverpool off their perch’.

Earlier, TV cameras caught Alex Ferguson taking the microphone on the top deck of the open-topped bus and joining in the taunting of those on Merseyside. Kenny Dalglish will file that one away for next season.
