1. #BOYS IN GREEN The FAI yesterday confirmed that Ireland will face Italy in Liege next month.

The Boys in Green are set to take on the Azzurri in Liege on Tuesday, 7 June (ko 7.45pm Irish time).

The game against Cesare Prandelli outfit will be hosted in Standard Liege’s home ground, Stade Maurice Dufrasne. Who’s going?

2. #HEINEKEN CUP Leinster are confident that star man Brian O’Driscoll will be fit to start the European Cup decider with Northampton in Cardiff.

The Ireland captain suffered a knee injury during the Magners League semi-final against Ulster on Friday and say out yesterday’s training session.

He is expected to be put through his paces on Thursday however.

3. #PLAY-OFFS Swansea booked their place in the Championship play-offs final with a 3-1 win over Nottingham Forest last night.

4. #ROYAL Britain’s Queen Elizabeth will line out at Croke Park tomorrow on the second day of her historic state visit. But several GAA officials will snub the event.

5. #EUROPA LEAGUE We’re getting excited ahead of the big match between Porto and Braga tomorrow night. We’ll be there and will go minute-by-minute throughout the evening.
