Bingo hall’s rights confirmed in court battle with gardaí
A High Court judge said that gardaí must allow Rock Bingo to operate in accordance with the law.

Rock Bingo declared “lawful”, will open on New Year’s Day
The bingo hall in Togher, Cork, had been closed following a garda raid in November. The High Court has declared the operation to be lawful and it will open on new year’s day.

Rock Bingo owner tells of heartbreak after shutdown
The Rock Bingo hall was closed last week after gardaí searched the premises under the Gaming and Lotteries Act. Its owner, James Barber, said the company have done nothing wrong.
