Primary school kids correct typo-ridden tweets of NFL players

How do you spell NFL again?

THE SECOND GRADERS  of Elmwood Franklin School in Buffalo, New York are using the error-filled tweets of NFL players to learn about grammar.

The school posted this photo series on its Facebook page. It looks like the youngsters corrected tweets from Chris Culliver (49ers), Wes Welker (Patriots), and Titus Young (Lions).

“Second graders are serious fans of football—and grammar!” the caption read. The school says they broke into groups and each had one tweet to correct.
