Phil Hogan
Phil Hogan is a Fine Gael TD for the Carlow-Kilkenny constituency and the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government. Hogan has served as a TD for the constituency since 1989 and has been on the Opposition's Front Bench for the majority of his time in the Dail. He also was the Minister for State at The Department of Finance from December 1994 until February 1995.
