NFL ref denies player high-five after touchdown, eventually gives in

Or was it a low-five?

CORDARRELLE PATTERSON SCORED on a long touchdown run to give the Vikings a first-half lead before eventually beating the Bears 20 -23 last night.

After the play, Patterson wanted to high-five something, somebody, anybody and so moved towards the friendly man in a striped jersey.

The official initially rejected Patterson’s overtures, but eventually relented with a smile on his face.

Still not the worst example of a referee celebrating a score….

… or the worst denied high-five for that matter.
