Don’t touch that dial… here’s the sport on TV this weekend

It’s a long one, so here’s what you can look forward to when the green drinks get too much.

WELCOME TO THE long St Patrick’s Day weekend, fellow travellers. Here’s what I have prepared for you.

  • One to sit in for: Patrick’s Day? Ireland v England? Get those feet up, the lawnmower can wait ’til Monday.
  • One to Sky-plus: Cork v Kerry on Leeside. But only because I’ll be at it.
  • One to miss: The cricket late Saturday night/early Sunday morning might beyond many of us this weekend, I suspect.
