NBA star ‘out indefinitely’ after attempting a dunk and falling flat on his face

Poor Andrea Bargnani can’t catch a break.

ANDREA BARGNANI OF the New York Knicks will be out for an indefinite period after this rather epic dunk fail.

Bargnani looked set to soar during the Knicks’ loss against the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night but came up embarrassingly short, crashing over two defenders and falling flat on his face.

Here’s the incident:

Unsurprisingly, the internet has already cut the clip and set it to a backing track of R Kelly’s ‘I Believe I Can Fly.’

So far, so bad but it got even worse for Bargnani who was fit enough to finish out the game. A post-game MRI revealed a torn ligament in his left elbow and the Knicks confirmed last night that he’s “out indefinitely.”

That’s really got to hurt.
